We went to StarBase, Minnesota (located at the Air National Guard Base in Minneapolis) on December 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8. This was a fabulous learning experience for all of us. Read further and you will get an idea of the many things we did:

liked playing on the computer (she liked the flight simulator game), and Sarena liked playing games on the computer. Maggie also liked the computer games; Audrey liked going to Northwest Airines; and Tiana liked playing the computer games. Jalesa liked watching the movie; Abida liked the airplane; and Cheng liked the airplane games.
What we learned:
Sophie learned about Newton's Laws; Emily learned about the airplane drag, thrust, gravity, and lift; and Sarena learned how to make an explosion by putting medicine and water in a bottle. Maggie learned about the parts of an airplane; Audrey learned about Newton's Laws; and Tiana learned the parts of an airplane. Jalesa learned the names of airplane movements; Abida learned how to make airplanes; and Cheng learned how to make a paper airplane. We flew the paper airplanes and measured how far they went.
