Kindergarten Language Development Model (KLDM)
The Kindergarten Language Development Model focuses on intensive English instruction for kindergarten English language learners. Sheltered ELL instruction in literacy skills and content contribute to the KLDM's success. Collaborative efforts, promoted through staff development and common planning time, capitalize upon the unique skills that each teacher brings to the KLDM classroom. |
